Registered User Terms & Conditions:
By completing your registration details and becoming a registered user, you consent to the collection of your information and use of this data by us. The name associated with a registration should be living at the address stated on the application. Any change of address should be amended using your user name and password or by notifying the us via email at info.elegant@elegantreadings.com

The registered user must be aged 18 or over. In registering as a user and in using the site, you are responsible for protecting your password and username and must ensure that this information is not shared or disclosed to any third party. Should such misuse occur, we reserve the right to restrict the member access to the site.

As a condition of your use of the Elegant Readings website, you warrant to us that you will not use this web site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms and conditions. You may not use this web site in any manner which could damage, disable, overburden, or impair this web site or interfere with any other party’s use and enjoyment of it. You may not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available or provided for through the Elegant Readings web site.

Readings disclaimer:
We make no claims our readings should be used for any purpose beyond entertainment and strongly discourage the use of these readings for any reason other than amusement.  The site and its owners and agents are not liable for any direct, incidental, consequential, indirect, or punitive damages arising from your access to or use of this site or any contents on this site. We do not do readings relating to death, pregnancy, health or missing persons. Quality of audio recordings is not guaranteed and is not included in the cost of a face-to-face reading. Business Readings incur a one off AU$120.00 non-refundable deposit. There is a minimum 72 hour waiting period for all readings. Readings are supplied in english only. Any refund claims for online readings should be presented in writing to info.elegant@elegantreadings.com and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Refund claims for face-to-face readings need to be addressed at the session otherwise it will be deemed as though the service has been provided to your satisfaction.

Changes to these terms of use:
Elegant Readings reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices under which the Elegant Readings website is offered, including but not limited to the charges associated with the use of the Elegant Readings website.
